The French government announced that the head of Hamas in Gaza Yahya Synvara has no assets in France.
A joint written statement published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economics says that France intends to prevent the actions of Hamas, acting with its partners.
The statement notes that the Paris administration is working to destroy the financial resources of Hamas, and it is reminded that on November 30 a decision was made to freeze for 6 months of funds and economic resources, allegedly belonging to Snevar or controlled by it in this country.
In accordance with this decision, Sinvar is prohibited from providing economic resources through any individual or legal entity, proceeds from the statement, and it is added that the official representative of Hamas has no assets in France.
At the same time, it is noted that this decision regarding Sinvar is a prerequisite for making a decision to freeze assets at the European level as part of the fight against terrorism.
The statement also emphasizes that France is working on tightening European sanctions against members of Hamas.
The decision made on November 30 and published on Tuesday in an official messenger says that the funds and economic resources that are allegedly belonging to Synera or controlled by him in France are frozen for 6 months.
