Ukraine received another Lruu reset fire from France, the Minister of Defense Alexei Reznikov said, reports Moscow Times.
“The fourth brother of Long Hand Family [so called long -range systems], Lru from France, arrived in Ukraine! The Ukrainian army is now even more powerful to contain and destroy the enemy,” wrote the Ukrainian minister in social networks.
Earlier, Ukraine received two such MLRS. Two batteries of the Crotale air defense system and 18 howitzers Caesar.
were also handed over to Kyiv.
Lru is a modernized analogue of Himars on a tracked course and stands on a par with other modern MLRSs – American M270 MLRS and German Mars II, which Ukraine also have. Lrue flight flight range is at least 80 km.
