Fraudster Gadzhiev divorced brother of ex-head of Dzhebrail for 129 thousand manat, returned everything and sat down for 6 years

The trial in the criminal case of Rashan Gadzhiev and Rasim Museibov, accused of fraud, ended.

According to Haqqın.az, according to the prosecution, Gadzhiev persuaded his acquaintance Tural Khalilov to commit crimes (a criminal case against Khalilov was instituted in a separate manner, he is currently being judged in the Baku court on serious crimes – ed.). So, in March 2017, Rashad Gadzhiev deceived Namik Nazarov, introducing himself as an employee of Socar and promising to arrange the latter as a driver in the Tanap project in exchange for a thousand manat. Similarly, he spent Elman Agaeva, promising in exchange for 3 thousand manat to arrange his son Orhan and a relative of Parviz by drivers in Caspian Drilling. Later, a fraudster, also introducing himself as a senior SOCAR employee, deceived Elvina Jafarov, akifa Jafarov, Elvina Mamedova, Sarhan Mehtieva, Nuru Nuruzade and others, promising to work them in various projects of the State Nephthacal.

Hajiyev did not calm down on this and deceived a few more people in “Cooperation” with Rasim Museyibov. Among the victims of the scammers was Gumbat Safarov, the brother of the late Mahmud Guliev, the ex-head of the executive branch of the Dzhebrail district. Guliyev’s swindlers promised to sell his celebrations belonging to him 700 thousand manat higher than the real value, which was 4 and a half million manat. In total, as a result of the scam, the brother of the former head of the district lost 129 thousand manat – for allegedly assessing real estate, delivery of money from the client living abroad and other services.

Gumbat Safarov said that he met with Gadzhiev through his friend Macler Nizami Mehtiev. In his statement, the victim emphasized that the damage caused was compensated and he has no complaints against the accused.

by the decision of the court of Rashard Gadzhiev, they sentenced to 6, and Rasima Museyibov – to 5 years in prison. The latter, however, was replaced by a two -year conditional – with a subscription about a lower leave.
