Kakavan Kavus Zafar oglu, declared on the international wanted list, was extradited to Azerbaijan, accompanied by a special convoy of the Ministry of Justice, law enforcement officials told Azeri Daily.
According to the information, Kakavan Kavus Zafar oglu, brought to the investigation as a defendant in a criminal case, which was initiated in connection with the premeditated murder of Elvin Zamanali oglu and Sarybalayev Zaur Vafadar oglu by a group of persons of Najiev, was hiding in Belarus. The request to the General Prosecutor’s Office of Belarus to establish the whereabouts of the wanted person was granted, and the offender was arrested.
