G7 trade ministers activate joint efforts against economic pressure

The ministers of the trade countries of the “Great Seven” (G7) pledged to intensify joint efforts to counteract the growing economic pressure.

In a joint statement, after the meeting, the ministers called for the cancellation of measures that unnecessarily limit trade.

The heads of trading departments noted that they are concerned about export measures in relation to rare -earth metals.

The ministers agreed to expand cooperation in the creation of sustainable supply chains of semiconductors and batteries, as well as work with trusted partners inside and outside the “large seven”.
