A preliminary investigation was completed in the criminal case of a 42-year-old businessman Rafat Ganiev, in the car of which, as reported, they found charred bones and which was later detained in the capital.
According to the Haqqın.az correspondent, the criminal case was sent to the Baku court for serious crimes. The criminal case is conducted by Judge Azer Pashayev.
Note that on November 25, 2021, the prosecutor’s office of the Saborybad district received information on the detection of bones in a burned car on the side of the road in the village of Buldug of the Saborybad district.
The investigation established that Ganiev did not die and the remains found in the car did not belong to him. A man engaged in fraud in the field of real estate sale in Baku specially burned his own car, throwing the bones of the animal into it in order to avoid justice.
Ganiev was detained while trying to buy a TV in one of the stores of the Yasamal district of Baku, where he had to present a certificate of personality.
12 people were recognized as victims.
