Under the leadership of the Supreme Commander Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani army itself decided to fulfill the four resolutions of the UN Security Council. Azerbaijan is already engaged in the restoration of liberated territories. However, Armenia does not depart from its aggressive policy and does not give a map of minefields, which leads to death and injuries of many servicemen and civilians. So Armenia is trying to prevent the restoration work and the return of the forced immigrants to their native land. Similar behavior of Armenia is a big threat to the development of the region.
