Gasanov believed Iranz from WhatsApp and got into prison

In the Ganjin Court of Crime, the criminal process has been completed against the 23-year-old resident of the Saatlin district Asker Gasanov, accused of drug trafficking.

According to Haqqın.az, Asker Gasanov and his friend Asaf Gaziev arrived in Tovuzsky district on March 3 of this year on the Toyota Corolla, owned by the last car, took the drugs hidden there and intended to return to Baku. As a result of operational-search measures, a car belonging to Gaziev was examined. In total, heroin was found in the car with a total mass of 171.669 grams, 480.214 grams of methamphetamine and 1 kilogram 715 grams of dried marijuana.

In his testimony, the defendant Asker Hasanov said that he was working as a master in a car repair shop in the capital, who has been using drugs for five months now. He bought drugs, namely methamphetamine on an Instagram page called “Milad”. The simple mechanism worked according to the following scheme: Gasanov loaded money for a bank card, the details of which he was sent to the chat, and then received information about the whereabouts of the next batch of drugs.

According to Hasanov’s testimony, a few days before his detention in WhatsApp, a message came from a citizen of Iran named Ibrahim, after which a call followed. Iranian told Gasanov that he could provide him with a party of methamphetamine. They began to correspond.

During the next conversation, Iranian told Gasanov that in the Tovuz district there was a party of methamphetamine weighing 500 grams and asked to take it. Gasanov at first did not want to go to such a distance, but later changed his mind and agreed with his neighbor – taxi driver Asaph. They didn’t say anything about Asaph drugs.

“We came to midnight at midnight. I called Ibrahim many times, but he did not answer. I called early in the morning again, got through and said that I was in Tovuza. Ibrahim sent me a photo of a gas station called” Turist Benzin “and being located Nearby column. “

Having asked the oncoming people, the men were able to find the indicated place. They took the “goods”, and went back to Baku. A few minutes later Gasanov decided to stop the car and transfer drugs to the trunk. At that moment, the police in civilian clothes approached him.

Men were delivered to the Tovuz district police department. The failed drug courier added that Iranian promised to give him 20 grams of heroin in exchange for drug delivery to Baku. By a court decision, Asker Hasanov was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
