In the telegram channel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a four-minute video appeared in Russian with instructions on how to surrender to the Russian military.
The video contains standard recommendations: throw a weapon, indicate a desire to surrender to a white flag or matter, etc. Separately, in the video it is emphasized that if soldiers first demonstrate the intention to surrender, and then open fire, this is interpreted by international law as a war crime, treachery. And in this case, deceiving soldiers with a very high degree of probability will be destroyed.
BBC notes that the video, obviously, is a reference to another, which first shows the personnel of Russian soldiers. And then they are shown killed. What happened between this gluing is still unknown.
