George Russell won Grand Prix of Austria Formula-1

British pilot of the Mercedes team, George Russell won the 11th race of the season in the World Cup in the Class Formula 1 Grand Prix of Austria.

The race, held on the 4.3-kilometer highway Red Bull Ring in the Austrian Spilberg, consisted of 71 circles.

Russell, starting from the third row, using the Avar Max Berstappen on the first lap and Lando Norris on the 64th circle, won the second victory for the formula 1 Grand Prix in his career, showing the time 1 hour 24 minutes 22 seconds.

Australian pilot McLaren Oscar finished the second, lagging behind the leader by 1.906 seconds, and the Spanish Ferrari pilot Carlos Sainz – the third, lagging behind 4.533 seconds.

After the accident, Norris got off the distance, and Verstappen, who received a 10-second fine, took 5th place.

12th race of the season, Grand Prix of Great Britain, will be held on July 7th.
