At the initiative of the ruling party “Georgian Dream”, the Georgian parliament will consider in the next two months and adopt a new law “On the Transparency of Foreign Infant” – an exact copy of the current similar American law Fara.
This was stated at a briefing by the executive secretary of the ruling party “Georgian Dream” Mamuka Midinaradze.
“We will enter the parliament with the initiative to adopt the Law” On the Transparency of Foreign Infant “in the editorial office completely identical to the current American law of Fara,” local media outlets give his words.
He also noted earlier that in connection with the coming to power in the United States, Donald Trump, perhaps the Law on Ino -Agents in Georgia will no longer be needed.
He also noted that the fund will be created in parallel to finance the initiatives of those NGOs that will be the “conductor of the influence of the Georgian people”, therefore, amendments to the “Grants Law”.
