Any supply of weapons by Georgia to Ukraine means direct part in the military conflict, which Tbilisi cannot allow, said the chairman of the ruling party “Georgian Dream” Irakli Kobakhidze in response to a statement by Ukraine Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Evgeny Dubinis.
He noted that the calls of representatives of the Ukrainian government regarding Georgia are regretted:
“calls to open the second front do not stop. Sometimes they do it directly, and sometimes indirectly. Of course, any supply of weapons to Ukraine means direct participation in the military conflict, which we cannot allow. It is unfortunate that representatives of the Ukrainian authorities are practically openly doing Such calls. Of course, this is a serious problem. “
Note that the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevgeny Dubinis expressed the hope that Georgia would join the list of partners supplying Ukraine and military equipment.
