Georgia: will be fined for abuse of flag of EU and NATO

The Parliament of Georgia made a decision to which abuse of the official or state national symbolism of the European Union, NATO, other relevant international organizations will be punished with a fine of 1,000 lari (about 330 dollars), reports “News-Georgia”.

According to change, an individual for abuse of symbolism will have to pay a fine in the amount of 1 thousand lari, and in the event of a repeated action, the amount of the fine will increase to 2 thousand lari or the intruder will be placed under administrative arrest for 15 days.
