Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobahidze considers the country’s entry into the European Union by 2030. He said this in an interview with Euronews.
The politician called on the EU to “greater flexibility” in the process of negotiations on the accession of Tbilisi to the community.
Kobahidze noted that “the ball is now on the side of Brussels.”
According to the prime minister, Georgia has quite serious problems with the European bureaucracy, although it is very optimistic about the fact that the country will become a member of the European Union in 2030.
“We will continue to move steadily to this goal and hope that in the coming years the approach to Georgia will become more fair,” the head of government summed up.
