German Finance Minister Christian Lindner said that business with Russia is almost minimized due to the blockade of Russian banks, reports TASS.
“We already have a complete blockade of Russian banks, thereby business with Russia has almost ceased. In a separate case, the transaction is still possible, for example, to pay gas supplies or that German companies can carry out transfers to their own subsidiaries in Russia,” noted Lindner.
According to him, all options for additional restrictions are discussed.
“Other steps are possible, but you need to think through their impact. It is about the fact that the consequences should feel the Russian economy,” said the head of the Ministry of Finance, Germany.
