The German government believes that Russia cannot rely on Russia in the long term in the long run in the light of stopping the supply of blue fuel to Bulgaria and Poland. This was stated at a briefing by the official representative of the Cabinet of Council of Germany Steffen Hybestrait.
“We took note of the fact that in the case of Poland and Bulgaria there was a stop of gas supplies. This even more shows that Russia cannot be relying on Russia on the long -term perspective,” he said.
According to him, in this regard, it is necessary to move towards a decrease in dependence on Russia in the issue of supplies. “At the moment, we clearly declare that the gas supply to Germany is provided. We proceed from the fact that, on the one hand, sanctions, on the other hand, will be respected, on the other, that payment will be possible in the euro. We will see if what has been agreed”, – added Hebushtrait.
