In the first half of this year, the Federal Department of Migration and refugees of Germany (BAMF) adopted 422 decisions related to the procedures for providing asylum to citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic.
According to Report, out of the considered cases of 39, security status was granted.
The decision on business 156 was negative. Local management courts decided to deport them.
227 Decisions were related to sending to a European country, where a visa was issued in accordance with the “Dublin procedure” or in connection with a voluntary return.
BAMF reported that in the first 6 months of this year, 97,249 appeals were received in the federal administration.
