Japan, as the chairman of the seven group (G7), intends to hold a meeting of foreign ministers of the association in Germany on February 18.

From February 17 to February 19, the annual Munich Security Conference will be held at the Bavaria Administrative Center. Japan will be presented at it by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Yoshimasa Hayashi and plans to take this opportunity to organize negotiations between the GED G7, explains the publication.
According to her, foreign ministers can discuss measures to support Ukraine and sanctions against Russia.
In addition, Japan expects to coordinate the conduct of the G7 online Sammit, dedicated to the anniversary of the beginning of the Russian war in Ukraine.
