“I would like us to negotiate. But at present we are not talking about what you want, but about looking in the face,” she said in a joint interview with Bild and Welt publications .
The diplomat noted that before the start of the war in Ukraine, attempts were made through negotiations to prevent further escalation. “The answer to this was the introduction of 100 thousand military in Ukraine,” Berbok explained.
At the same time, she added that the situation may change if the Russian army leaves the territory of Ukraine.
