Hugo Gevara is appointed temporary attorney in the affairs of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan.
According to the embassy, Hugo Guevara has extensive experience in the State Department, and one of his recent duties was the development and promotion of cooperation with the Guatemala government in the field of security and the rule of law in the US Embassy in Guatemala.
It was noted that before the start of his current work, Hugo Guevar studied the Azerbaijani language in Washington.
