Senate Uruguay unanimously supported the proposal to postpone the appointment of an ambassador in Ankara due to the gesture of the “Gray Wolves” of the Foreign Ministry of Turkey Mevlyut Chavushoglu. This is reported by Mercopress.
The proposal was made by the Senator of Armenian origin by Liliam Kecheychyan. At her request, the upper house agreed to send the dossier back to the Committee on International Affairs.
Recall that on April 23, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Mevlut Cavusoglu, meeting in Uruguay of ultraradic Armenian demonstrators shouting offensive anti -Turkish slogans, showed the sign of “Gray Wolves”.
