London imposed sanctions against 86 Russian citizens and companies, according to the British Government website.
According to RBC, 9 organizations related to Rosatom fell under restrictive. Among them is UMatex, which produces composite materials, as well as the Trinity enterprise, which develops laser systems.
The businessman, founder and chairman of the board of directors of the Russian Copper Company Igor Altushkin and eight other metallurgical companies also fell under the sanctions. Great Britain also banned the import of Russian aluminum, nickels and copper.
restrictive measures have been introduced against 24 persons and companies related to transport services. The list includes Pawell Shipping Co and the state grain corporation. Their United Kingdom accuses them of “systematic embezzlement of Ukrainian grain.”
The sanctions have been imposed against six Russian shipping companies, including Sun SHIP Management, whose work British authorities associate with the “Sovcomflot”.
There will also be a restriction of 20 heads of defense enterprises. Among them are the former deputy minister of transport, the president and owner of the Kalashnikov concern Alan Lushnikov and the general director of the enterprise Vladimir Lepin.
British sanctions affected the financial sector. The restrictions were introduced against JSC “House of the Russian Federation”, AFK “System”, Metalinvestbank, Rosbank and Tinkoff Bank.
