Great Britain Will Hold Second Meeting In Ukraine In March

Great Britain collects the second meeting of Western leaders in a month, in which it is planned to discuss the situation around Ukraine.

A meeting in Ukraine with the participation of 25 Western leaders will be held in video conferences on March 15.

According to the British Prime Minister’s office, the Discussion will be attended by the NATO Secretary General and the head of the European Commission, as well as representatives of European countries, Ukraine, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The meeting organizer is the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

It is noted that Starmer will call the meeting participants to strengthen economic pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin in order to force him to negotiate, continue the military support of Ukraine to preserve peace and increase defense budgets in case of an attack by the Russian Federation.

“We cannot allow President Putin to play games with the proposal of the President (USA Donald) Trump. The Kremlin ignoring Trump’s proposal about the ceasefire only shows that Putin is not serious about the world,” said Starmer, whose words are given in the message.

The British Prime Minister noted that even if Russia agrees to the world, it should be prepared to comply with the ceasefire, otherwise, according to him, all efforts should be made to strengthen economic pressure on Russia in order to end the war.

In addition, Starkmer accused Putin of trying to delay the ceasefire.

“The world needs actions, not lectures, empty words or meaningless conditions,” he said.

The British prime minister once again called on Russia to stop attacks on Ukraine, noting that European leaders continue to make all efforts until they are stopped.

following the results of the meeting in London, on March 2, the final declaration was not announced, but Starmer announced plans to create a coalition for Ukraine.
