Growth Of Economy Of Kazakhstan This Year Is Due To Development Of Non -pierce Sectors

The growth of the economy of Kazakhstan this year is fully ensured by the development of the non -piercing sector. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Nurlan Baibazarov at a government meeting on the results of the country’s socio-economic development for 9 months of 2024.

“The economic growth of the economy this year is fully ensured by the development of the non -resource sector. Among the industries, agriculture and construction demonstrate the greatest growth. Transport services have increased by 8%, communication – by 6.4%, trade – by 6.3%, manufacturing industries, manufacturing “By 4.8%, GDP growth is provided by trade, processing, construction and agriculture,” said the Vice Prime Minister, whose words are quoted by the press service of the Kazakh government.

According to the minister, investments in fixed assets increased by 0.6%. “The greatest growth is observed in non -resource industries: in connection with 81.7%, education – by 79.3%, transport – by 31.1%, manufacturing – by 6.3%, health care – by 4.8%”, he noted.

The best indicators are noted in the Almaty, Pavlodar, Kyzylorda, Turkestan Zhetysuska (Zhetis) regions. At the same time, a significant decrease in investment is observed in the Atyrau, Akmola, Aktobe and Mangistau regions, the minister added.

“manufacturing industry retains positive growth rates. The volume of production increased by 4.8%. The growth was recorded in 14 regions. The greatest increase is noted in the Kyzylorda, Mangistau, Turkestan, Aktobe regions and ұlytau. Growth in the manufacturing industry is mainly provided by production growth in metallurgy by 8.3% and engineering by 4.2%, ”the minister stressed.

In addition, production in the chemical industry has increased by 9.5%, electrical equipment – by 11.3%, pharmaceutical products – by 15%, metal products – by 31.1%and furniture – by 17.9%, – – The minister indicated.
