In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, the trial in the criminal case of Farida Guliyeva, accused of committing theft in a particularly large scale from the house of his neighbor, was completed.
According to HaqQin.az, today the defendant was announced, according to which the subscription of the unseason in relation to F. Guliyeva was replaced by the preventiveness in the form of an arrest for a period of 7 years. F. Gulieva was arrested right in the courtroom. Also during the process, the civil lawsuit of the victim M.Abasov was partially satisfied with 55 thousand 660 manat.
In the course of the investigation, it turned out that F. Gulieva, at various times, stole 79 thousand 450 manat from the neighbor’s house. She did not recognize himself guilty of charges.
Theft occurred in the Nizaminsky district of Baku on Balakishiyev Street, 46. The entrepreneurial activity M. Abasov noted that the money he since 2015 had kept in the closet in his bedroom, was becoming less and less. At first, Abasov thought that he or his family members spent 50-100-200 manat more, or the device gives an error in the counting. However, after a while, the diamond earrings of his spouse disappeared. The version of the stealing at first did not come to his head. Soon the golden kit bought for a relative was added soon to the list of lost things … Finally, M.Abasov installed the hidden camera in his house, and soon caught the thief his own person. Abasov rewritten video and audio recordings of the incident to the disk and transferred them to the consequence. After some time, a criminal case was initiated against F. Gulieva.
