It is necessary to create conditions for dialogue in Ukraine and the cessation of fire there, the UN Secretary General Antoniu Gutherresh said during a meeting with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“Today we are observing the difficult situation in Ukraine, we have different interpretations of what is happening there. But this does not limit the possibilities of having a serious dialogue. The UN is interested in creating all the conditions for an effective dialogue (in Ukraine – Ed.), A speedy ceasefire. There, as well as conditions for peaceful settlement, ”RIA Novosti quotes Gutherresh.
