Halg Bank successfully completed annual activities, confirming a stable position in the banking market in 2022.
Hulg Assets of the Bank increased by 14.78% compared to 2021, reaching 2,685.07 million manat, the volume of the loan portfolio increased by 25.03%, reaching 1,774.25 million manat, the volume of deposits excluding banks, and other financial institutions – by 20.22%, reaching 1,855.26 million manat, total capital – by 5.80%, reaching 475.21 million manat.
In 2022, the bank’s net profit amounted to 27.22 million manat. Thus, in terms of assets and loan portfolio, Hulg Bank retained a position in the top three of the largest private banks in Azerbaijan.
Over the past year, the bank successfully developed cooperation with international and local partners, as well as global payment systems. In accordance with the adopted bank development strategy, special attention was paid to such areas as expanding the range of products and services, ensuring the availability of credit resources, increasing the volume of non -cash transactions and digitalizing banking services. In 2022, the customers presented a unique Xalqkart Petrol card, according to which you can get free fuel for non -cash payments, and the Xalqkkart Cashback card with a cashback accrual function. In addition, Apple Pay and Google Pay services are launched for all bank cards, allowing you to make contactless payment through a mobile phone.
In 2022, the International rating agency Moody’s Investors Service increased the rating of the Hulg Bank for long -term obligations in local and foreign currency from B2 to B1 and determined the prognosis for the rating as “stable”. At the same time, the agency increased the basic credit assessment of the bank from B3 to B2.
