The Chairman of the Food Safety Agency Azerbaijan (AQTA) Goshgar Tahmazli met with an expert group for the activities of the Veterinary Services of the World Health Organization Organization (MB).
The agency’s press service said that during the meeting, Tahmazli informed in detail about the activities of the agency, set goals, state regulation and control in this area. The Agency Chairman noted that AQTA is working closely with the relevant international organizations, and in this regard, special attention is paid to cooperation with the MB.
Sabina Khutter, the head of the expert group, and Budimir Plashchich, the head of the regional office of the MB in Europe highly appreciated the work carried out in Azerbaijan to improve animal health and veterinary service, as well as to ensure international standards in the veterinary system, expressed confidence that joint activities were joint activities that joint activities will continue in the coming years.
