The chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia Ella Pamfilova compared the evading partial mobilization that leave the country, with rats.
“We see how many of our men voluntarily or in accordance with the agenda go to the draft points, go honestly to fulfill their duty. And those rats are running from the country, let them run by tight -up tails,” she wrote in Telegram.
Comparing Russia with a powerful ship confidently going to the goal, Ella Pamfilova said that this is so “the ship will be easier.”
