The Chairman of the European Commission Ursula von der Lyain promised to transfer a new tranche of assistance in existing programs in 3.5 billion euros in March.
The politician stated this, speaking in Kyiv with a speech, follows from the press service of the European Commission.
“Europe is here to strengthen Ukraine on critical days. I can announce that the new tranche of assistance to Ukraine will come to 3.5 billion in March,” the words von der Lyaina are given.
Earlier today, the Chairman of the European Commission Ursula von der Lyain and the chairman of the European Council Antoniu Coshta arrived in Kyiv.
The visit is dedicated to the 3rd anniversary of the beginning of the war between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
