The head of the Council of the European Union Charles Michelle wrote on Twitter that he would talk by phone with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the eve of a tripartite meeting in Brussels.
“Today, preparatory calls with President Aliyev and Prime Minister Pashinyan will take place on the eve of tomorrow’s meeting in Brussels,” he wrote.
