In the near future, residents of the Luhansk region will be asked to be evacuated due to the counter-offense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration Sergey Gaidai wrote in his telegram channel.
“In the near future we will contact people with a request to leave large cities to other settlements where they can wait out a counterattack,” he said.
