The minister noted that the Humanitarian efforts of AFAD are not limited only to the construction of housing for displaced Syrians. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the logistics center created in the village of Chobanbey in the northeast of the Syrian province of Aleppo is the center for these operations. “This center processes more than 1 million grocery sets and 110,400 tons of flour per year, guaranteeing that help will reach those in need,” said Erlika.

The Minister also spoke about the plans for the creation of migration management offices at the Turkish Embassy in Damascus and the country’s consulate in Aleppo to ensure the use of Syrian refugees for administrative purposes in Syria.
