on the basis of the appeal received in connection with the offenses made in the village of Noda Leriksky district of Azerbaijan, the district prosecutor’s office carried out an appropriate verification, the Lerik district prosecutor’s office said.
According to the report, during the inspection, it was found that the Chairman of the Rural Municipality Salim Safarov used not for the appointment of 1,600 manat from 1,950 manat of subsidies allocated to the municipality from the state budget, cited these funds and used for personal needs. To create visibility that these funds are spent by appointment, Safarov deliberately made false information into an official document, thereby having a service life.
A criminal case was initiated under articles 179.2.3 and 313 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. The necessary investigative actions are held to establish a complete circle of persons who have committed a crime.
