The head of the new government of Lebanon Nadzhib Mikati said that the supply of fuel to the country with the support of the Lebanese Movement “Hezbollah” indicate a shortage of the country’s sovereignty.
The first two columns of fuel trucks have already delivered Iranian diesel fuel in the Lebanese Baalbek. In order to avoid the US sanction actions against the Lebanese authorities, the Hesbollah leadership decided to use the port of Banyas in Syria, from where the fuel will be delivered to Lebanon on the ground.
“I am sad, because it is a deficit of the sovereignty of Lebanon,” said Mikati to the question of the leading CNN channel about whether he welcomes the support of movement, which ensured the arrival of the first columns of fuel trucks.
