Furious fires, other emergency incidents in Russia are the work of the Russians who work for Ukraine. This was announced in an interview with Forbes by the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov.
“Many of this is not an accident. Something is constantly on. Alarms on the railways, it burns several times a day, every day. On different highways-for two to three hours, sometimes for five to six hours “The movement is suspended throughout the site. It is clear that it doesn’t just burn,” says Budanov.
To the question of whether the Ukrainians who are in the Russian Federation help in this, Budanov said that not only them, and added that “money makes miracles.” At the same time, he emphasized that, despite the technical means of intelligence: penetration into cyberspace, into phones, computers, social networks, the main method remains the work of agents.
