US Minister of Finance Janet Yellen at a meeting with China’s ambassador to the States of Xi Feng discussed issues that cause concern among the American side, the Ministry of Finance said.

The meeting took place before Yellen’s visit to China, which is scheduled for July 6-9. The department emphasized that the meeting became “a continuation of the efforts to maintain open communication lines and responsible bilateral management management between the United States and China.”
