The Minister of National Defense of Turkey, Hulushi Akar and the head of the National Intelligence Organization (Mi̇t), Hakan Fidan went to Moscow this morning, TRT Haber reports.
It is reported that Akar and Fidan will negotiate with Russian officials in Moscow.
