Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 20 will first meet with the heads of separatist administrations of the occupied Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions of Ukraine.
Two sources close to the Putin administration, and one to the State Duma, told about the preparation for the meeting.
The heads of new regions, most likely, will be discussed with the President by the opening of the representative offices of “federal authorities and the implementation of the plan to restore infrastructure objects”.
