Heydar Aliyev Foundation will establish a monument to the outstanding composer Uzeir Gadzhibekov.
As reported in the fund, the monument will be installed on the site of the monument destroyed by Armenians during the occupation period of the city. In one of the sculptural workshops in Baku, the process of creating a monument is currently underway.
