The publication states that the United Nations has proclaimed on April 4, the International Day of Enlightenment on Mine Hazard and Assistance in Demining Activities.
Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan in his publication drew attention to the mining of Armenia of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
“Armenia Mines are a major threat to the safety, health and lives of the civilian population and impede socio-economic development on liberated lands,” wrote Hickmet Hajiyev.
