To this day from the Azeri-ChiRAG-Guneshi deposits block (ACH), located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, 553 million tons of oil and 194 billion cubic meters of natural gas were mined. According to Report, this was stated by the first vice-president of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Hoshbakht Yusifzade on the second day of the conference as part of the Baku Energy Week.
According to him, at present, the daily production is 59 thousand tons of oil and 40 million cubic meters of natural gas.
The Socar representative noted that from the beginning of production, 325 million tons of oil have been delivered to the world markets on the global market block, which is 59% of the total oil production.
He noted that as of May 1 of this year, out of 628 million tons of export oil, 458 million tons of oil is pumped up by the Baku-Tbilisi-Jahan pipeline.
