On the hotline “112” of the Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) ministries, information was received about a fire on the roof of the building of the five -story dormitory in the city of Evlah.
On calling for extinguishing fire, firefighters of the State Fire Department of the Ministry of Emergencies were involved.
