House of Representatives of CCH adopted bill prohibiting import of Uranus from Russia

In the House of Representatives of CSH, a bill was adopted on the ban on the import of uranium from Russia.

According to this decision, 90 days after the bill gains the force of law, the import of Uranus from Russia, taking into account exceptions, will be prohibited.

The bill includes exceptions to import low -enriched uranium from Russia if the US Minister of Energy determines that there is no alternative source for the work of the nuclear reactor or the American atomic energy company, or if supplies are answered by national interests.

In order for the bill to become law, he must go through the Senate and be signed by US President Joe Bayden.
