On the national gymnastic arena in Baku, the World Gymnastics World Cup continues.
Azerbaijani representative Ivan Tikhonov made a qualification at the crossbar and received an estimate of 13.366 points. At the moment, Ivan takes the 7th place.
In this form, the other was the other athlete – Agamurade Gahramanov. But he did not take part in the World Cup, like another Azerbaijani gymnast Javidan Babaev, who had to speak yesterday on the rings.
Today Ivan Tikhonov will also compete for entering the final in the support jump and on horseback.
In the female part of the Samira Gahramanov program in free exercises with the result of 11.566 points ranks 14th, and Milan Minakovskaya is here on the 22nd position with 10,600 points.

Recall, yesterday, Ivan Tikhonov and Nikita Simonov reached the finals of the exercises on parallel bars and rings, respectively. Tikhonov with a result of 13.933 points ranked 8th among 33 participants. Simonov scored 14.266 points and settled on the 6th position among 27 gymnasts. Finals in these species will be held on Saturday.
In total, athletes from 34 countries are at the World Cup in Baku. In addition to ten sets of medals (six in men, four in women), which will be played tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, athletes who scored the largest points will be awarded the traditional Cup of the Gymnastics Federation of Azerbaijan – AGF Trophy.
It should be noted that after three stages of the World Cup in the sports gymnastics that have passed this year, the competition in Baku is considered the final stage. Therefore, in our capital, general results will be summed up, and the gymnasts that showed the best results will become the winners of the World Cup.
This is the fourth international competition organized this year on the national gymnastic arena. But for the first time on the stands of the arena, not only athletes and representatives of the teams are admitted, but also the usual audience. Tickets can be purchased on ITICET.AZ and at the office of the city. The cost of qualifying competition tickets is 7 manat, and on the finals – 12. To visit the competitions over 18 years old, it is necessary to present one of three documents: a valid certificate of vaccination against COVID-19, an immune certificate, or a certificate of contraindicosing a vaccine from COVID-19 .
