President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev appointed Bakhruz Guliyev as deputy chairman of the State Tax Service.
Note that until 2018, Bakhruz Guliev served as the head of the Main Customs Administration by Air Transport.
He was removed from his post by order of the then head of the Goskomozhni Safar Mekhtiev.
