Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to appoint Rovshan Rustamov as chairman of Azerbaijani Railway CJSC, the official website of the head of state reports.
Another order of the head of state, Rovshan Rustamov, was relieved of his post, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan.
