President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the assignment of Lieutenant-General Kerim Tofig Oglu Veliyu the highest military rank of Colonel-General.
Recall, on July 23, 2021, Kerim Veliyev was appointed First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Head of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army.
