Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday signed an order to award Omar Hasan Oglu Eldarov by the Order of Emek 1st degree.
The relevant document is published on the official website of the head of state.
The award was awarded to O. Eldarov for prolonged fruitful activities in the development of Azerbaijani culture.
Omar Eldarov – Azerbaijani sculptor -monumentist, teacher, since 2001 – rector of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts.

O. Eldarov was born on December 21, 1927 in Derbent. Today he turns 95 years old.
