By the order of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the Karabakh and East Zangezur Regional Education Management are created.
According to the document, on the basis of Agdzhabinsky, Agdam, Bardyan, Fizulinsky, Khojaly, KhojaVan, Shushinsky and Tractor district education departments, the Karabakh regional education management is created, and on the basis of Jabrailsky, Kelbajar, Gubadlinsky, Lachinsky and Zanginsky district departments of education – East Zangezur Regional Education Management.
